Telvent to Provide Consulting Services to Endesa to Support its Technology Observatory

Telvent will provide strategic direction to Endesa in the renewable energy, energy efficiency and electric sectors

April 27, 2010 – Telvent (NASDAQ: TLVT), the IT company for a sustainable and secure world, announced today that it has been chosen by Endesa to provide consulting services to support its Technology Observatory.

Telvent will work with Endesa to develop a series of strategic reports on key subject areas for the company related to its technology and innovation in the energy sector, such as renewable energy, carbon capture and storage technologies, intelligent networks, energy efficiency and electric vehicles.

Endesa is partnering with Telvent on this project because of its profound knowledge in the electricity sector and related technologies as well as the company's ability to identify and detect trends in related business models.
