Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing support and general assistance to the administrative team within the Oil & Gas Competency Center. Responsibilities include:

  • Handle the printing/scanning requirements, including arranging for outside services.
  • Print & ship training material.
  • Enter training data and generate the associated lists, reports and certificates
  • Prepare and distribute training schedules weekly and assist the Training Administrator
  • Act as the main backup for the Customer Service Help Desk
  • Assist in the activities of the Customer Service 24x7 support operation
  • Assist the Customer Service Administrator
  • Prepare monthly customer reports and post them to the extranet for customer access
  • Produce monthly response effort reports for Customer Service
  • Assist the Financial Administrator as required
  • Maintain employee absence and vacation reports
  • Arrange for meetings and meeting refreshments
  • Enter data in the quality issue tracking (PRR) database and follow up with actions to close
  • Provide assistance to the Shared Services Administrator
  • Understand and follow the applicable quality standards and procedures for the tasks assigned
  • Identification and reporting of any environmental or safety issue to the appropriate resource

Education

  • A High School Diploma with some general knowledge of office functions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Access
