Lidia García
Legal Counsel
Ms. Garcia joined Telvent in 2000 as legal counsel for Telvent Tráfico y Transporte, S.A. She held the position until 2005, when she was appointed risk manager for Telvent. She has held the position of secretary of the board of several companies within Telvent, including her current position as secretary of the board of Telvent GIT, S.A. since June 2006. Prior to joining Telvent, García worked in the committee on external economic relations of the European Parliament, in Brussels, Belgium. Garcia graduated with a degree in law from the University of Complutense in Madrid, Spain. She also holds a diploma in european union law from the College des Haute études Européens of the Pantheon Sorbonne University in Paris. She is member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1998.
