Tom Dilworth
Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Dilworth was named Chief Accounting Officer effective January 2011. He joined Telvent in 2004 through the acquisition of Miner and Miner,
based in Fort Collins, Colorado where he served as CFO since 1995. Since April 2008 he has held the position of CFO for Telvent North
America covering the Energy, Environment and Traffic operating units in
the U.S. and Canada.
Mr. Dilworth earned his bachelors degree in business from California State University-Stanislaus and an MBA with honors from Colorado State University.
