What does the ArcFM Solution provide for small utilities?
The ArcFM Solution adds value to ArcGIS®, ESRI's market-leading geographic information systems software. ArcFM is a complete GIS application suite for maintaining utility asset information, both on the desktop and in the field. Utilities employ ArcFM products to support mapping, mobile viewing and editing, staking, design, and network and outage management.

ArcFM's integrated environment and scalable architecture offer a solution for both project GIS and large multi-departmental businesses, providing the capability to access and use data that reside anywhere on the network. Telvent's products help utilities produce more accurate and efficient designs, turn around projects faster, and maintain data more effectively. The tools available include easy-to-use desktop interfaces, as well as sophisticated client/server software with a programmable Application Programming Interface (API).

The ELA-SU program is limited to electric, gas, and water/wastewater utilities in the United States, having a total meter count of 100,000 or less.

Is this a one-size-fits-all program for small utilities?

The Telvent ELA-SU program has three levels with separate, affordable price points:

• Tier One - utilities with 10,000 meters or fewer
• Tier Two - utilities with 10,001 to 50,000 meters
• Tier Three - utilities with 50,001 to 100,000 meters.

Does the ELA-SU program include implementation services?

A packaged set of services to implement the ArcFM technology is also available in addition to the ELA price.

Can current ArcFM Solution users switch to the ELA-SU program?

Yes, providing you qualify under the eligibility rules. Certain limitations apply to the conversion, including no credit from prior purchases, and no time carryover towards the 3-year commitment.
