Environment Executive Vice President

Cristóbal Ramos

Mr. Ramos was appointed the environment executive president in 2011, and had previously served as the group’s executive vice president since 2009. He joined Telvent in 1988 as a software engineer. In 1990, he worked as project leader in SCADA software/systems development projects, and in 1995, he was promoted to project manager. Ramos took over the position of manager of the meteorology department within Telvent energy and environment in 1998, and in 2003, was named director of the environment division. In 2007, he was appointed environment operations vice president. Ramos holds a degree in industrial engineering from Seville University, and an MBA from the International Institute San Telmo Business School, in Seville, Spain.
