Simulations Project Manager

This position has overall responsibility to manage the project delivery cycle for simulation based applications in the oil and gas transportation business.  This involves ensuring all terms and conditions of the contract are met and the software solution is delivered to the Customer's satisfaction. Both technical (software application development) and commercial management skills are required. 

Responsibilities include:

• Management of project contract and customer relationship
• Understanding the customer's technical requirements and meeting these requirements as defined by the contract
• Managing to financial goals and controlling scope
• Managing software application engineering resources assigned to the project
• Planning work and resources required to complete the work on schedule
• Coordinating work flow among various business units within our Company
• Both domestic and international travel required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 7+ years related experience in software/systems development or 3+ years project management in technical area such as software/systems development or process control applications
• Experience in the oil and gas energy field is preferred
