Position Summary & Major Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing cycle in SAP for two companies.
• Reconcile FI/CO, identify errors and manage the resolutions
• Technical support for general ledger and project management tools.
• Assure internal control processes are being followed
• Project accounting support
• Maintain the Workflow structure and troubleshoot errors
• Support and work well with other departments
• Prepare special reports and analysis as requested
• Assist Accounting in Quarterly and Annual Audits
• Support users in Monthly Management Reporting Systems

Education & Experience Preferred:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Economics with an Accounting specialization
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (MS Excel)
• SAP experience (CO, PS, SD Modules) preferred
• Results oriented
• Bilingual Preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines with limited guidance
• Promotes quality, integrity, reliability and teamwork
