The Stock: Key Details
The capital stock of Telvent GIT, S.A. amounting to Euro 102,454,652.50, is divided into 34,094,159.0 common shares. Since our IPO in October 21, 2004, the stock has been only traded on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol “TLVT”
On November 15, 2007, our shares were transferred to the NASDAQ Global Select Market, one of the three market tiers at NASDAQ, and the one that encompasses companies with the most stringent listing standards. Prior to the upgrade, Telvent's common stock was listed on the NASDAQ Global Market.
