TransCanada Taps Telvent for Turnkey Central Control System Responsibility for new Keystone Oil Pipeline

Telvent (NASDAQ: TLVT), the IT company for a sustainable and secure world, announced that TransCanada Corporation (TSX, NYSE:TRP) (TransCanada) has contracted Telvent to supply a Central Control System solution for its new Keystone Pipeline. In this role, Telvent will provide its industry-leading OASyS® DNA 7.5 supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) and SimSuite modeling systems, along with integrated Telvent Liquids Suite applications and a third party (OSIsoft PI) Engineering Historian.
