	The Smart Grid Changes Everything Scott Henneberry, Schneider Electric Scott Henneberry, VP, SmartGrid Strategy, Schneider Electric Scott Henneberry has 30+ years in the Electrical Industry. During the first 20 years of his career he worked for Siemens, holding various Marketing and Operational Management positions in the Switchgear and Power Quality fields. The next five years were spent as an executive officer of Power Measurement, Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of Marketing, Business Development, Strategy and M&A. Since the acquisition of PMI by Schneider Electric in 2005, Mr. Henneberry has focused on the strategic aspects of the Power Monitoring & Control business, and most recently has been assigned to the global Corporate Strategy Department of Schneider Electric, responsible for defining and coordinating the implementation the Schneider Electric Smart Grid Strategy. Don has almost 20 years of experience in software product management and 10 years of marketing and development experience. Scott has direct responsibility for the strategic roadmap of utility focused DMS, OMS, and SCADA technologies. This entails managing the lifecycle of products that enable and facilitate smarter electric networks for investor-owned, municipal, and cooperative utilities throughout the globe. An electrical engineer with 20 years of combined utility, software, and system integration experience, Scott is responsible for ensuring that Telvent can assist utility customers with a comprehensive real-time network management solution that addresses operational, economic and planning initiatives. The State of Wind Power Forecasting Mark Ahlstrom, WindLogics Mark Ahlstrom, CEO, WindLogics Mr. Ahlstrom holds the post of CEO for WindLogics, where he provides strategic direction to the company and expertise to the greater wind industry community. Mark joined WindLogics in 2000 and has over 25 years of entrepreneurial and management leadership experience in software and technology businesses. He holds degrees in Biochemistry and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He leads the strategy, development and customer adoption of weather-/climate-related risk management and decision support products and services. Mr. Beatty has been named as a certified consulting meteorologist (CCM) by the American Meteorological Society. The Importance of Accurate Forecasts Ryan Leonard, Midwest ISO Ryan Leonard, Manager, Midwest ISO Mr. Leonard is the Manager of Market Quality & Settlements Capabilities for Midwest ISO. In his position, he is responsible for the prevention and resolution of Market Settlement disputes and coordinates changes and enhancements to Market Settlements in accordance with the Energy and Operating Reserve Markets Tariff. Prior to joining Midwest ISO, Ryan was a consultant at Accenture. He received his degree from the University of Indiana, where he attended the Kelley School of Business.
