Madrid, March 27, 2006 - Telvent (Nasdaq TLVT), the Global RealTime IT Company, has announced the latest release of its Liquids Management System (LMS) solution, which is the most widely used liquid pipeline, operational support software system in North America. LMS 7.4.1 includes a number of enhancements made to the Batch Tracking Module and the Leak Detection - Volume Imbalance (PLM) Module.

Featured among the Batch Tracking Module improvements is the incorporation of a user friendly graphical tabular pipeline network configuration editor. This editor can be used to create new pipeline networks and edit existing pipeline networks. A number of inline batch editing improvements have been added to increase the efficiency associated with inline batch editing. In addition, existing inline batches can now be automatically inserted into a new pipeline configuration. PLM Module enhancements include improved "outage" period handling and increased fidelity of PLM pipeline segment record data quality determination.

LMS is comprised of 18 flexible, high performance modules which meet a broad range of liquid pipeline real-time operational needs, including; metering & ticketing, meter proving, tank management, leak detection, batchtracking and compatible product checking.
