- Asset and Resource Management
Management of Telvent’s specialized human resources and technological assets for its clients
Hosting, technology leasing, desktop management, microcomputing and body shopping.
- Data Center Management
Technology platform housing in “n+1” redundant areas and facilities for all physical environmental supply systems (electricity, temperature, humidity, fire fighting)
Housing of technical offices and/or IT systems on racks, in cages or in dedicated rooms, in the 55,000 m2 spanned by Telvent’s five data center facilities throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
- Communications Management
Management of the following services: networks (LAN, MAN, WAN), Internet access, operator interconnection, unified messaging, and other corporate voice and data services (VoIP, e-mail).
- Security and Contingency Management
Telvent’s Security service offer includes: firewall management, intruder prevention, antivirus software, antispam software, and 24x7 security surveillance via an SOC (Security Operation Center).
Telvent’s Contingency and Business Continuity services include: managed backup solutions, synchronous or asynchronous data replication solutions and the drafting and implementation of contingency plans.
- System Management
This includes services for the daily operation of clients’ technology systems.
System management includes several service levels:
- 1. First-tier services. Provided around the clock from special operation and support centers, where service incident alerts are received and resolved and the service is proactively monitored to prevent potential future problems. Scale economy services are also available, such as storage on demand and system virtualization.
- 2. Second-tier services. These services are provided by specialized technical teams organized by area of expertise and dedicated to advanced management of client problems and systems.
- Application Management
Based on the design, implementation and management of clients’ corporate applications, ranging from corporate or ERP applications, to customer relationship management (CRM), operations management (SCM), business vision management (BI), engineering application management (Engineering), knowledge management (KM), etc., as well as the management of the different technologies associated with such business applications, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft.
